Sovereignty and cooperation

A transparent normative profile can strengthen international cooperation while preserving national ownership, legal hierarchy and democratic judgement.

Optional traceability layer. LUMEN can attach provenance, quality, uncertainty, normative links and authorised decision uses to indicators selected through the intergovernmental Beyond GDP process. Each indicator remains under its originating institutional mandate and retains its original definition and statistical or legal status; relevant evidence may also inform OBI or CEDI.

Evidence status. LUMEN, OBI, NLPI and CEDI are proposed pre-standardisation instruments. They have not yet been independently validated across institutional contexts; this demonstrator illustrates questions for pilot testing.
