Collective Emotional Dynamics Index

CEDI makes lived experience, needs, recognition, available support and collective willingness to act visible within public decision-making.

Optional traceability layer. LUMEN can attach provenance, quality, uncertainty, normative links and authorised decision uses to indicators selected through the intergovernmental Beyond GDP process. Each indicator remains under its originating institutional mandate and retains its original definition and statistical or legal status; relevant evidence may also inform OBI or CEDI.

Evidence status. CEDI is a proposed pre-standardisation instrument. This interface uses fictional inputs and does not establish representativeness, reliability or institutional validity.
