Complete LUMEN architecture
The three diagnostic dimensions remain visible at the centre of a reflexive Observe → Model → Decide → Act cycle.

Optional traceability layer. LUMEN can attach provenance, quality, uncertainty, normative links and authorised decision uses to indicators selected through the intergovernmental Beyond GDP process. Each indicator remains under its originating institutional mandate and retains its original definition and statistical or legal status; relevant evidence may also inform OBI or CEDI.
Evidence status. The integrated LUMEN architecture is a proposed pre-standardisation instrument developed conceptually and through demonstrators. It has not yet been independently validated across institutional contexts.
