Net Legal Production Index

NLPI traces value, negative impacts, positive contributions, legal coherence and the share that can realistically be captured after implementation costs.

Illustrative demonstrator. Fictional inputs; not an official statistical product, legal determination, financing-eligibility tool or observed result.

Coherent indicator architecture. Beyond GDP indicators are included in NLPI as a governed evidence layer: their source, unit, quality, uncertainty, normative link and authorised decision use remain traceable. Inclusion does not turn every indicator into a legal rule; relevant evidence may also inform OBI or CEDI.
