Organisational Biomimicry Index
OBI assesses whether an organisation can remain viable, adaptive and cooperative through seven biomimetic design principles and 63 evidence-bearing indicators.
Illustrative demonstrator. Fictional inputs; not an official statistical product, legal determination, financing-eligibility tool or observed result.
Optional traceability layer. LUMEN can attach provenance, quality, uncertainty, normative links and authorised decision uses to indicators selected through the intergovernmental Beyond GDP process. Each indicator remains under its originating institutional mandate and retains its original definition and statistical or legal status; relevant evidence may also inform OBI or CEDI.
Evidence status. The proposed 7-principle, 63-indicator OBI structure has not yet been independently validated across institutional contexts. This page illustrates a prototype interface; reliability, sensitivity and decision usefulness must be tested before standardisation.
